A couple of weeks ago I shared some buttercups that we had found in Cades Cove as spring was just starting.  Well, spring is in full swing now (actually… I think summer may be here; it was 81 today) and our flowers are blooming in the beds.  Holly and I planted a good number of buttercups and tulips and a bunch of other stuff I don’t remember what were (though they’re everywhere now) last fall and we’re getting to enjoy them now.  I hope you all got to get outside today on this beautiful East Tennessee day… don’t forget though… it could always snow through the middle of April!
